SEPTIEME ETAGE operates this website from France and is not a « producer », primary or secondary, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, since neither the operator nor the production of the content falls within the jurisdiction of the United States.

Nevertheless, and in order to meet the standard set by that regulation, SEPTIEME ETAGE maintains, for every visual depiction published on this website or delivered to a customer, records evidencing that each person appearing in it was at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was created, and that each person gave written, dated and signed consent to both the creation and the distribution of that depiction.

Age is verified against an official, government-issued photographic identity document before any production takes place. Records are kept for the duration required by the applicable statute of limitations.
